About the Track Tray
The Track Tray has been designed to catch minor spills from rail cars during liquid or dry bulk loading and off-loading. The Track Tray can also be used to channel major spills during an emergency incident. Deployable in only three minutes, the Track Tray provides a quick and easy solution to secondary rail containment.
The low profile of the Track Tray allows placement under traditional rail tracks and standard Class I tracks without contacting wheel flanges. Its modular design allows multiple Track Trays to be connected to extend overall protection length. Connection covers protect against spillage between inter-connected Track Trays while end weights prevent movement when a train passes. Meets EPA regulation 40CFR112.7

- Constructed of durable Chem-Shield™ material.
- Capacity: 75 USG (286 Litres).
- Deployed dimensions: 100" long x 57.5" wide x 3" high (254 cm x 146 cm x 7.6 cm)
- Collapsible and can easily be rolled for compact storage.
- Options include a bottom drain (¾” (1.9 cm) GHT) and a bulkhead drain (1½” (3.8 cm) or 2” (5.08 cm).
