About the Insta Berm® (L-Rod)

Guard against toxic spillage with the Insta Berm (L-Rod), a fully collapsible, rapidly deployable berm made from chemical-resistant materials. Constructed from industrial-strength fabric, it is an easy-to-install environmental safeguard that allows companies to meet today’s strict guidelines.

Designed to provide secondary containment under fuel tanks and drums, this Insta-Berm model uses L-rods inside fabric pockets to provide support. Durable and reliable, use it virtually anywhere for secondary containment or storage of toxic materials. Meets EPA regulation 40CFR112.7

  • Constructed of durable Chem-Shield™ fabric or extreme temperature-proof Arctic-Shield™ fabric (resistant to -50 degrees F/-46 C). Arctic-Shield fabric is fully certified by Intertek to meet the CAN/ULC-S668-12 standard for liners. This standard is listed in the Storage Tank Systems for Petroleum Products and Allied Petroleum Products Regulations (SOR/2008-197), under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999.
